planet of the apes music.

The other day i was watching Planet of he apes, the thing that i like is the music with modern movies the music is not placed in the correct place i think the directors of these films just put the music in the incorrect place because i think that as well as it promoting the music that is on the film like Holy Diver by Dio http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkysjcs5vFU&safe=active it would promote the film. But in this film the music and the soundtracks are placed in the correct place so say if there is an action scene where the character is running the music in that scene would be more faster or if the there was a mysterious scene the music would be slow and unlikely instruments that wound be used rarely in a soundtrack would be used like the xylophone or the triangle for example.
